July already, and I'm racing against the clock to finish this Harlequin Blaze before we leave for our cruise to Alaska, July 7th.. Oh that felt good. Can I say it again? Must hurry and finish the book because Wednesday the 7th, we fly to Seattle to begin our cruise to Alaska. Yessss! That still wasn't enough, but I think more would be overkill. I'm so looking forward to this trip (maybe you noticed). Even if Alaska wasn't a place I've always wanted to go, as a single mom the idea of being waited on hand and foot, having every need taken care of as soon as it's felt, why it will make me feel just like my children. We'll be taking two day trips off the boat, one to see whales and a glacier, and one into the Yukon (because who can resist being able to say they're been there?) following gold rush trails and ending with what is supposed to be a fabulous scenic railway trip back to the ship, where more things will be done for and served to me. Yum. Just have to get through the next week of frantic writing, revisions and polishing, then packing and organizing and . . . okay, one day at a time. Happy July everyone!
